Proof of Purchase & Authorized Retailers
Please note that this policy applies strictly to purchases made directly on gugusure.com. If you purchased your GuguSure products through Amazon, a third-party marketplace, or an authorized local distributor, please contact them directly to process your return or warranty claim. We require a valid gugusure.com Order Number to process any requests.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your GuguSure purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Unopened & Factory Sealed: Returns of completely unopened devices with the factory seal/packaging intact will receive a full refund. Please note: Items purchased as part of a bundle/set must be returned as a complete set; partial returns will void bundle discounts.
- Opened / Gently Used Devices (Non-Defective): We understand you may need to test a device. If you have tested it but decided it's not for you, you can still return it within 30 days. However, a 15% open-box restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund. Items must have no physical damage and include all original packaging/accessories.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To maintain strict health standards, the following items are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned:
- Hygiene & Consumable Items: All liquid products (gels, polishes, bonders), direct skin/nail contact tools (including drill bits and sanding bands), and machine sanitary accessories (such as dust collector filters).
- Clearance & Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or heavily discounted.
- Customized Products: Any personalized or custom-made items.
Shipping Costs: Who Pays for What?
We believe in fair play:
- When You Change Your Mind (Non-Quality Returns): You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- When We Make a Mistake (Defective / Wrong Item / Shipping Error): This is completely on us. Whether we sent the wrong product or shipped it to an address other than the one provided at checkout, you will not pay a single penny to fix it. GuguSure will cover 100% of the costs to get the right product to your doorstep immediately.
How to Initiate a Return
Items sent back without a valid RMA number will be rejected.
- Step 1: Request RMA: Email hello@gugusure.com with your Order Number and photos/video of the item.
- Step 2: Receive Authorization: We will respond in 1-2 business days with an RMA Number and return address.
- Step 3: Ship It Back (Packaging Matters): Your RMA is valid for 14 calendar days. Please use a protective outer shipping box. Returns received with damaged, taped, or defaced retail packaging may be subject to a reduced refund as they can no longer be resold as new.
Important: Errors During the Return Process
To ensure your refund is processed, please avoid these common mistakes:
- Wrong Item Returned: We only process refunds for the specific items authorized in your RMA. If an incorrect item (wrong model or brand) is received, no refund will be issued. You will be responsible for shipping costs if you wish to have the incorrect item returned to you.
- Shipped to the Wrong Address: Returns must be sent to the specific address provided in your RMA email. GuguSure is not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses (including our corporate office). If a package is lost due to customer shipping error, the loss stays with the sender.
Delivery Exceptions: Incorrect Addresses & Stolen Packages
- Incorrect Address / Refusal: If a package is returned to us (RTS) due to customer error or refusal, a flat $15 Return-to-Sender (RTS) fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Stolen Packages: Once the tracking is marked as "Delivered", GuguSure is no longer liable for stolen or missing packages.
Refund Processing Time
- Once inspected (3-5 business days), we will process your refund immediately to your original payment method.
- While we refund you instantly, your bank may take an additional 3-7 business days to post the funds to your account.
Exchanges
- For Non-Quality Exchanges: We do not process traditional exchanges. Please return for a refund and place a new paid order.
- For Defective Replacements: Receiving a free replacement does not restart or extend your 30-day return window or warranty period.
Warranty
- Standard Coverage: 6-month manufacturer warranty.

- Exclusions: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to accidental damage (e.g., dropping the device), misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
