Shipping policy

This policy outlines how we ship products, the available options, associated costs, and estimated timelines. Please read carefully.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to the contiguous (lower 48) United States. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Our warehouse is located in Mainland China, and all orders are shipped from there. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your delivery address in the U.S. The available options and applicable fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note that all delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date the order is shipped (when a tracking number is provided), not the date the order is placed.

Note: This broad range covers destinations from the U.S. West Coast (faster) to the East Coast (slower). Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or port congestion.

4. Customs and Import Taxes
As shipments originate from China, all goods entering the United States are subject to U.S. customs inspection. The recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related fees required by customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and we cannot estimate their amount.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can also log into your account on our website to view the latest status of your shipment.

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment numbers, suite numbers, or any other necessary details. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which may incur additional shipping fees.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
7.1 During Transit
Gugusure is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been provided. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

7.2 Upon Delivery
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the exterior packaging appears severely damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery. If you accept the package, please take photos of the damaged exterior and the product inside as proof, and contact us at hello@gugusure.com within 48 hours.

8. Returns and Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. For accepted returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our designated warehouse address.
