Part 1: Return Policy
30-Day Return Window:
To initiate a return, you must contact us at hello@gugusure.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Be in its original packaging.

Include all original accessories (power cords, manuals, etc.).

Include the Order Number as proof of purchase.
Important: Please wait for our customer service team to provide the correct return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs & Refunds

Return Shipping: For returns not related to product quality (e.g., you simply changed your mind), you are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs paid when placing the order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot issue a refund for lost packages.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
Part 2: Exchange Policy
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@gugusure.com with your Order Number and photo/video proof. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, covering any necessary replacement or shipping costs.
Non-Quality Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for non-quality reasons (e.g., you ordered the wrong model or changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Part 3: Warranty Policy
We stand behind our products. Gugusure provides a standard 6-month warranty on our devices, starting from the date of delivery.
Free 12-Month Extended Warranty You can easily upgrade your coverage to a 12-month warranty for free by taking the following steps:
